Service Description
Designed for vehicles less than one year old and with under 1,000 miles. We perform a machine polish to remove factory and dealership swirl marks caused by mishandled prep, then apply your chosen premium protection to seal the finish. plus an interior freshen up.
Cancellation Policy
By confirming a booking (mobile or unit), you agree to these terms. 1. Booking & Payment • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. • Remaining balance is due on completion. • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking. 2. Mobile Service (We Come to You) You must provide: • Safe and easy vehicle access with clear space around the car. • A working electricity outlet (standard 13-amp socket) within reach. • Water supply: We will use your outside tap where available. If no outside tap is available, we will supply our own water (limited quantity – please advise us in advance). We are not responsible for any damage caused by poor access, uneven ground, steep slopes, or obstacles at your property. 3. Unit-Based Service • You are responsible for delivering the vehicle to our unit on time. • Vehicles are stored at the owner’s risk. 4. Liability & Damage • We take great care but are not liable for pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, rust, or mechanical faults. • Report any issues on the day before collection. • Please remove all valuables — we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. 5. Cancellation Policy • 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund or free reschedule. • Less than 48 hours or no-show: deposit is forfeited. • We may cancel due to bad weather (mobile only) and offer a refund or new date. 6. General • Prices may be adjusted for heavily soiled vehicles. • You must be 18+ or have parental consent. • We are fully insured for public liability. • By booking you confirm you are the legal owner or have full permission.
